Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as Reckless Road cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

If you request an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped free of charge within the UK (subject to stock availability).

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they have been safely received by Reckless Road. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
